| | Two miles to the Y, an hour of hoops, then two miles home. After playing basketball pretty hard Saturday, the shakeout miles really felt good. supernova sequence | Add Comment |

| | Tim has a turkey bowl football game coming up and wanted to practice, so I told him I'd help. I was early to Bremerton High and it was chilly out, so I ran until he arrived, which was two miles. Then a few of us ran routes and what not for an hour, then I ran two miles home. 31:47 brooks cascadia IV | Add Comment |
