Track workout with Mike after Jaguars practice wrapped up. Warmed up 1.5, then did 4x1 mile at 6:03, 6:11, 5:57, 6:06, w/800m jog between each. The times on those first two are probably a little slow because we had to run around the Special Olympics kids who were warming up on one corner. Then the Special Olympics started practicing relays, and sometimes we'd pass just as an athlete got a hand off. It's a different kind of track workout when you're racing alongside the Special Olympics team and all those kids are actively rooting against you. ("Beat those guys!" "Get off our track!")
