The plan was for Mike to show up at Jaguars practice to watch his daughter, then we'd do some track work when the kids finished. Bremerton High kicked us off the track so our plans were postponed a bit. After the kids got done with a workout on grass, Mike and I ran around the neighborhood for two miles. Then a lap on the track and then did 6x800 with 400 recovery between each. The first was slow but then we were really consistent: 3:04, 2:57, 2:56, 2:58, 2:58, 2:57 I was tired at the end, but not totally gassed. We probably should have added two, but it was dark by then.
