Run at least one marathon every year until I buy the farm.

Qualify for Boston Marathon.

Personal:

Started running in November 2007 to get fit. Now I'm back almost to square one after back surgery. I did it once and I'll do it again.

630AM:  Easy TM run w/ 5 100-150M pickups @ 7:30/mi pace.  Felt a little winded and tired this morning but I got it done. Going to try to get in a couple of doubles this week to get over 40 miles.

640AM: 4.3M easy w/ 4 100M strides on TM.  Over 100 miles for the month for the first time since October. 

9PM: 4.3M easy on hotel TM in Seattle, WA.  One of the worst TM's ever. Lurched inexplicably every so often but it kept me on my toes.
