Personal:

Started running in November 2007 to get fit. Now I'm back almost to square one after back surgery. I did it once and I'll do it again.

625AM: Easy. Got a massage yesterday to ease the pain in my left hammie and PF. PF feels better but the hammie is equally painful, just a different kind of pain.  Cooler mornings now, in the '50's.

I think I need to dial it down a bit this winter and see if I can't get back to 100%. I'm about 50/50 on whether I'll be able to run Tri-Cities at the end of October so I'll wait til November to ramp down a bit and try to heal fully.
