Ran 10.3 miles this morning in the pouring rain
and 35 degree weather. Pretty steady. First 7 miles were 7:33 average
but I was cranky and tired of being cold and wet and wanted to get home
fast so the last 3 miles ended up being around 7:15. I was suppose to
run this 10 last night but flipped it with my 4m that was scheduled
today. I want to hit 35-40 miles
(with an 11 mile long run) for the next couple week and then start specific training for a spring
half-marathon using a 12 week program (start on 2/13). Aiming for 1:20 for the goal
based on how my 5k I have scheduled in late feb goes.
