I've been trying to get into the habit of running before work which
means I need to be out the door between 6:!5 and 6:45. I'm batting
like 0.500 right now which is worse than I'd want to be. I did manage
to get out and run 5.5 this morning at an easy 7:27 pace. Hope I can
continue it tomorrow
