Achilles still a little sore from the graston on Wed. Rode my bike home from and back to the car shop. I love paying $1,300 for a car that was running just great but needs "standard maintenance."

Trail run with a fun group of ladies. Up Skunk Canyon, across the Mesa trail, down Bear Canyon. Heard a pack of coyotes howling and barking as we ran by.
