Elliptical workout with intervals. Actually felt really good to get my heart pumping and walk into the locker room afterwards with a sweaty, wet shirt. Later on I met up with my friend Joanna and she kindly gave me some tips/exercises that she has done to strengthen her gluts, hips, core. A few weeks ago Joanna had observed my running form flaw which is very similar to hers so today she taught me the exercises that have helped her stay relatively strong and healthy. I'm looking forward to putting the knowledge into action! |
