Met Cindy for a track workout 2X800 in 2:57, 2:46 4X400 in 79, 80, 77, 77 2X200 in 36 I am finally feeling some speed slowly awakening in my legs. Not necessarily pep, but slow, steady "speed." Relative to the pokey slowness I've been experiencing as of late, anyway. Cindy didn't feel too hot because that was her first track workout in a while but I actually felt a bit of a "breakthrough" today now that I have a few track workouts under my belt. |
