30 minutes! Nice. Only time before you start killing again. That is sad about likely not being ready for trials:( I think you would do some serious damage (to the others:) on the track though. Excited to see what you do next. Take care of yourself. PS Emily's baby is so dang cute!! And Tommy is wild.

Great post Nan. You put the fear of re-injury and the fear of "never getting it back" into words very well. I'm glad that you are recovering on all levels. 30 minutes is great! It will come back to you so fast.
