2.5 mile warm up to the track 5 X Mile at 5:57, 5:57, 5:59, 5:56, 6:00 with 1 lap jog in between each one 2.5 mile cooldown Left the house around 5:30 a.m. and got back around 7:00 a.m. so Aaron could go on a ride with Eric. What a BEAUTIFUL morning!! My favorite running weather; 57 degrees and partly cloudy. This was not an easy workout; my legs were pretty tired for the last couple of laps of each repeat but I pushed through it. I feel pretty great now and I'm going to take a nap here in few minutes while my kids are napping. |
