Easy run. Achilles is doing a little better than last week. My oldest child turns 9 year old today!! How the time flies.

wow, 9 years old! just this past weekend i was running in the park behind lone peak and i was telling james about how our team used to run around the trails pushing your baby in the jogging stroller. :)

Wait until you are like me, and your oldest will be turning 14 this year. Oh my! I got started a little young :/
