5.2 miles in 7:58 pace I was thinking I would cross train today because my right foot was hurting pretty badly last night and this morning. Felt sorta like it was misaligned similar to when I have a kink in my neck, only it was a kink in my ankle. Anyone else ever get this? I get it about once a month. Maybe its time for a chiropractic visit. By the time I got to the gym (after getting the kids breakfast, dressed, hair brushed, diaper changed, shoes tied AND picking up and vacumming the entire house and cleaning the kitchen) it was 10 AM and the kink in my ankle had relaxed quite a bit so I decided to do a short, easy run. Went an extra .2 mile to make up for the .2 I skipped out on yesterday so as to keep my weekly mileage neat and pretty. LOL Gotta love anal mileage moments. That is actually a good sign for me because it means I'm starting to care what my mileage is again (I haven't cared for a good 2 months or more). |
