PHEW!  I finally caught up on my blogging for the last week of running.  And here is todays... 

A.M. Met the group at EBCR

20 min. warm up, stretching, strides.

10 minutes in 5:53 pace

5X4 minutes in 5:32-5:46 pace w/2 min recoveries

10 minutes in 5:45 pace

10 minute cool down

60 minute massage afterwards

P.M. Easy 5 miles from FAC and weights afterwards.

Nan, what kind of paces are these for you? 1/2 marathon, marathon, faster?

The 10 minute intervals were at marathon effort and the 4 minute intervals were at half marathon effort.
