Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.
Personal:
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

PM: 6.5 eliptical miles plus 1.5 miles rowing.
Had a nice breakfast with the whole family this morning. It was just like old times.
PM: 4 easy miles during wrestling practice. It's that seaon again.
PM: 2 miles on the treadmill then some vigorous weight lifting.
PM: 6.5 miles in The Gully. Slightly sore from the weights yesterday and tired from staying up late watching election returns.
AM: A brisk 2.5 miles around the Alta track. Crunchy snow.
PM: 4.5 miles on the eliptical, 1.5 miles rowing.
PM: 4 miles around the neighborhood.
AM: 7.25 mile circling Liberty Park.
PM: 2 miles around the block a few times.
