Progress! Walking without much pain.
Had the honor of hosting the Region 7 pre-region meet today. First time meet-directing in forever. Went well though. Lots of reminders on how I need to give myself a break and deal with my general pessimism.
Ran a pain free 4 miles total.
5 miles easy at Jeremy Ranch/Pony Express Trail. Andy rode his bike with me for 4 miles.
