I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run
Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.
Personal:
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.
Married, two kids - Abby and Andy
AM: 4 mile walk.
PM: 125 push-ups/sit-ups, core, 22 laps in the pool.
AM: 5 miles around Liberty Park. 3 with Andy.
PM: Walked 4.25 miles
AM: Swam 40 laps. Going to work my way up to swimming a mile or two every other day.
PM: 4 mile walk.
AM: 5 easy miles around Liberty Park.
PM: 4 X 30 push-ups, 30 sit-ups, 1 minute plank.
AM: 5.25 miles on the treadmill. 22 lengths of the pool.
Knee hurt quite a bit. Just walked a couple miles.
AM: Walked 5 miles.
PM: 6.5 miles on the Helix. Listened to Jason and the Scorchers.
