AM: 5 miles at Liberty Park. Push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks.
Going to see the Bees this afternoon. That is, the Salt Lake Bees, our local baseball team.
Bees crushed the Las Vegas Aviators 12-3. Did a 4 mile walk/jog in the evening.
PM: 6.25 miles in The Gully after school and before the wrestling team awards dinner. Andy got a varsity letter.
10 miles in Millcreek Canyon. Down the pipeline trail to the new Rattlesnake Gulch trail and then back up the canyon on the road. Slightly sore today.
PM: 8.25 eliptical miles.
PM: 5.5 miles of running on the treadmill and 3 miles on the eliptical. Sweaty!
AM: 8.5 miles on the treadmill. The Salt Lake Marathon was today and I felt very bad for the runners out in the rain/sleet/snow. Many of the slower runners seemed unprepared to be out in that for 5 hours or more.
