Walked to the gym. Treadmilled 6.5 miles so I could run and watch basketball. Walked to Barnes and Noble where I read some and had a cup of coffee.
No running today. Struggling to achieve a semblence of work-life balance. Everything discombobulated.
PM: 6 miles at Liberty Park.
PM: 6.5 miles at Sugar House Park. Not a very good run. I felt like a tired, slow, plodding old man.
PM: 8 miles treadmill. Better today.
PM: 7.25 at Liberty Park with Jeff.
PM: 6.75 muddy miles on the pipeline. Lots of snow at the end.
