6.25 miles on the Bonneville Shoreline Trail. I'm not used to the quad pounding of real trail rinning so I'm certain I'll be sore tomorrow. Great to get out there though.

I have a goal. I just signed up for the Minnesota Voyageur 50 mile at the end of July. #motivation.

I'm pretty sure that's 50 miles of more or less continuous running. It seems a little excessive but I'm going to do some hard Utah and Colorado races like the Wahsatch Steeplechase (if they're still having it - can't find info on the internet) and the Leadville Trail half.

Today I ran 9.5 miles on the treadmill fairly fast. I also did 10 stadiums while my team was warming up.

No running today. Hosted a home track meet so, yeah, no time to run.

I ran 2.5 miles my my lonsesome and then 8 miles with Zach and Read. Good kids those two.

PM: 2 mile walk with Ann. Buds on some trees, a few flowers blooming, tulips popping up - all good signs. Utes are winning at the half. Alta crushed Corner Canyon at our track meet yesterday. Baseball's gearing up. Life is great.

I'm not angry enough to be a Trump voter.

AM: 2 easy miles around Sandy. Hope to have some time for some trails this afternoon?

Push-ups/sit-ups

PM: 6.25 miles around SHP plus 8 rapid ascents in sprint-like fashion up the big sledding hill.

AM: 2.5 mile walk to and from Chik-fil-a for breakfast with Abby and Andy. Stopped by Barnes and Noble as it's right next door. Andy documented the trip on his instagram @ydna_murphy. Feel free to follow him. It's one fascinating instagram.

PM: Liberty Park, many laps. 12 miles in 1:30 which is exactly 7:30 pace. I ran the last mile in 6:06.

Can you deny there's nothing greater, nothing more, than the travelling hands of time?
