AM: After my morning bowl of Grape Nuts with blueberries I went to the gym and rode 20 miles on the spin cycle in just a little over an hour. It was hard. There was a large pool of sweat under the bike and people were staring at me. Then I swam som laps and hot tubbed. Felt good after. I think the healing power of water is a thing.
PM: 6 miles in The Gully - running only the downhills because they don't gurt my achilles.
