Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

6 elliptical miles plus 1600 meters rowing. Weights, core, push-ups, sit-ups. Good workout if one has to do that sort of thing...
I believe I have an issue with my ACL (based on my own research and self-diagnosis) that could require surgery if I am ever going to run without pain again. I'm working on getting an appointment (not as easy as one might think) so should know a little more fairly soon.
