I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run
Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.
Personal:
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 7 easy miles along the Jordan River.
Took a few days off mostly because I had moderately bad side effects to the second Covid vaccine. Just walking 4 to 6 miles a day since last Thursday.
PM: 4 miles plus weight lifting.
PM: Wandered up and down the service road next to I-80 out a Saltair. Lovely.
3rd snow day in 3 years after 16 consecutive years of no sbow days.
PM: 8 miles on the treadmill.
PM: 6.5 miles on the treadmill. Weights.
AM: 4.5 mile walk.
PM: 7 miles in the snow on the Pipeline Trail. Not very runnable.
