Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Nice work. Remember when we would do sets of quarters in 68 or better...with Foot yelling out "all the way through" as we finished each rep?

I certainly do. Not sure I'll ever see 68 again.
In college we would do 20 X 1/4 mile on a golf course fairway that was a gradual downhill one way and a gradual uphill the other way. We would always finish in the downhill and the goal was to break 60.
