Hmm...Nothing the clear winner then Lucky Charms. Need to have them attend a nutrition class or seminar!

From Holt on Wed, May 28, 2014 at 10:22:50 from 67.2.227.1

Still in school?! On our second week of summer!

From Holt on Wed, May 28, 2014 at 10:23:23 from 67.2.227.1

Of course when we go back (teachers) on August 6th you can laugh at me!

From Pippi on Wed, May 28, 2014 at 11:31:15 from 155.98.164.38

And this is exactly why I am back on the blog :)

Do you have an 80 year old in your class #13? I would have to say #1 knows how to eat breakfast!

From Wesley Hunt on Wed, May 28, 2014 at 12:02:26 from 74.82.64.161

I'm actually pretty impressed with a few of these...what do you think a random sample of breakfasts would look like in Arkansas?!

There's far worse cereals out there than Lucky Charms.

And what the heck is Odwalla?

From Rob Murphy on Wed, May 28, 2014 at 13:05:25 from 163.248.33.220

Good point on the nutrition class Jeff.

Or they could just have parents?

Odwalla is a fancy juice for rich people Wesley.

Impossible to get tweens and teens to eat before 10am. My kids will have a yogurt and a piece of fruit on a good day. Perhaps school starts too early?

From Rob Murphy on Wed, May 28, 2014 at 13:37:13 from 163.248.33.220

Good points Bob. But parents could try not having Lucky Charms in the house.

From Jake K on Wed, May 28, 2014 at 18:05:29 from 199.190.170.24

Hard boiled eggs! Make a dozen and you've got a potent protein breakfast source for a week.

Odwalla is just Coke's version of juice. You're probably better off just drinking Coke, so at least you get some caffeine.

#5 is my favorite. Gotta be a football player, right?

From SlowJoe on Wed, May 28, 2014 at 18:41:53 from 66.69.93.8

Interesting list. Down here you'd get about 50% breakfast tacos.

From allie on Wed, May 28, 2014 at 21:22:45 from 65.130.158.163

#8. ahhhhh.

From Jason D on Wed, May 28, 2014 at 21:59:42 from 198.228.228.43

#5 could also be a budding MMA fighter. I went to school with a guy who ate two sandwiches during class and that's what he did.

#13 is a gem. That's an aging 11th grader.

Matt Fitzgerald says to eat a bigger breakfast if You like to and want to. I've started eating a more substantial one immediately after my morning run. Keeps me fuller and not bonking by 2:00PM

From Rob Murphy on Thu, May 29, 2014 at 05:58:47 from 24.10.249.34

Matt Fitzgerald is actually pretty big on Ensure too. Says it has the "perfect nutritional profile" for a pre-marathon snack.
