Hard 15 mile run on the round valley trails. Finished in 1:59:41. Splits...

8:21, 8:09, 7:56, 8:18, 8:26, 7:45, 8:34, 7:29, 8:45, 7:43, 8:18, 8:10, 7:15, 7:40, 6:52.

I was trying to push the uphills hard and use the downhills to recover. I just carried one bottle of water and felt pretty depleted at the end. A good back-to-back with the hard 13 on the Porter Rockwell yesterday. I'm happy with the effort and how I'm feeling.

Wow!! You are killing it!!! Especially while working 50-60 hours a week. There was a point when I was working 50 hours a week consistently and it completely drained me. I have no idea how you are doing this! I am in awe!

Thanks Teena. No working at all on Sunday at least!

Pretty good weekend of running.

Was this an overdistance training session for the coach's 5K at the PCXC meet? :-)

Overdistance - nice usage of Quentin Cassidy era lingo!

Just trying to separate myself from millenials any way that I can

A great way to do that would be to vote for Trump.

I think I'll pass on that one!
