I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

Personal:

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Busy upcoming few days. Ann's in Minnesota to be with her mom for her last round of chemo and a conference with her doctor so I'm single parenting. Except for the fact that she left dinners in the fridge for every night she's gone which is awesome!

It's easier now that Abby can watch Andy while I run though.

PM: I got in a 10k on the treadmill while Abby was at swim practice.The gym was an unpleasant madhouse.

Wow, that is awesome. we don't even get dinners in the fridge when my wife is home at our house.

Hope your mother in law is OK. Dealing with Cancer sucks. I haven't had anyone real close to me go through it but I've seen how hard it is on other families.

Hope Anne's mom does well throught the treatments.

Hang in there being a single dad for a few days. Hope the kids are well and school is going ok. You are coaching track again, correct?
