I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

Personal:

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: Andy and I did our own Murphy Turkey Trot this morning after a 1 mile warm-up. 26:10 was our time. First Thanksgiving in a while with no official race.

Ann is working yesterday and today and Abby is driving home from Missoula today and won't be home until this evening so we will be doing an alternative Thanksgiving this weekend. Currently searching the internet for open restaurants so we can get some takeout tonight.

We did the Allen family turkey trot, too. My wife even bought customized medals online for the kids. There were 3 turkeys near the start of our trail, too.
