7 am at Jeremy Ranch. 15.25 miles. Averaged 8:10.

PM: Bike ride with Andy. Stopped for ice cream halfway. I got this 20 plus year old Specialized mountain bike really cheap that I just had fixed up. My butt hurts.

Drove by there yesterday. Wish I had had time to run it. Seems like a beautiful place to run.

The Jeremy Ranch road is a little over 7 miles one way and it does indeed run through a ranch plus a bunch of national forest land.No houses, dirt the whole way, little traffic. Perfect for training.
