I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

Personal:

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

11.25 mile jaunt around Sugarhouse with my nifty new Garmin 405 which I was forced to buy because I lost my 205. I'm not sure why I say "forced" as I managed to run for 30 years without one but y'all know how it is. Anyway the thing is a demon possessed device and I hate it.

i agree, I hated the 405. Took it right back. The 310 is the best antannae, the 610 is the best all around. Garmin just sent me a new one with the new updates and case since I complained about the old one. Very nice companya!
