On my way down to American Fork this morning for the Pre-Footlocker XC meet. Kramer is still running well and hoping to break the course record. We are crossing our fingers that Park City's Ben Sorrel will be there so Kramer can finally match up with him.

PM: Four miles of RUNNING in 30:40 around Sugarhouse Park.

Kramer won the Pre-Footlocker meet at American Fork High School today. No Ben Sorrel, but still a good field with two top-twenty-in-the-nation teams. Kramer ran 15:43 on a legit 5k. He annoyed me by showing up about five minutes before the gun went off but all's well that ends well right?

He did three striders and seven three count jumping jacks.

Very impressive - one more strider and three more jumping jacks and he would have gotten that course record! Seven seconds off, man! Well done, Coach... and Kramer!

You are on top of things as usual Doug. Checking out the Utah milesplit site?

We will be down in Mesa AZ in two weeks for Nike Southwest. Palm trees!

So, does this kid have any younger brothers?

Thank goodness for Mormons!

Rob, he just does that for his coach. I used to show up 5 min prior with a 7 Eleven hotdog in my hand just because the coach would get so mad. It was as much fun as the race.
