Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

How far up City Creek did you go?
Have you ever tried sprinting the switch backs in Memory Grove?
They will get you in racing shape real fast.
Last summer I sprinted those 20 times once every week and I never felt stronger.
When I get back into it, we will have to get together and do them.

Mark - where the paved road ends up at the Rotary Club picnic area. 20 times up those switchbacks in Memory Grove sounds like a tough one!
