I had a great 21 mile run this morning with Fritz and Walter.

Met at my house at 8 AM and ran a little over 10 miles up Emigration Canyon. We had a pretty good pace going and averaged under 7:30 pace going up. We ended up running  21 miles in 2:27 and did quite a few 6 minute miles coming back down.

My right hamstring isn't getting any worse, but it isn't getting any better. Slightly troubling.

Thanks for the run Rob. A super big guy was hogging the good jet in the hot tub. I thought people knew it was reserved. Maybe you will have better luck.

The jet and a roller are what I would prescribe for the hamstring. Do you want to try out my Trigger Point Roller? It's firm enough that it can dig into hamstrings. I could drop it off this afternoon.

Yeah, I would like to try that out Fritz. No rush though.

Good running Rob. My cure for a hamstring problem is more ice cream. Tell Anne I said its ok to load up the freezer! The kids will appreciate it, too :-)
