AM: 125 push-ups and 125 ab stuff.

Just realized I'm going to be in L.A. this weekend and there's this marathon going on. Today is the registration deadline. Hmmmm.

PM: 8.75 on the treadmill. Some fast stuff. I complained to the 24 Hour Fitness manager about the kids from the "Safe Splash Swim School" hanging out in the hot tub and got them kicked out. :-)

I think you needed to break 2:18 to get a spot!

There's this whole bigger thing aside from the trials called the Los Angeles Marathon. If it weren't going to be 90 degrees, I might seriously consider it.

Ideal conditions for picking a Rio team.

And in your case, ideal conditions for simulating for your inevitable return to the Des News marathon :-)

Have a fun and safe trip. Hope you get to watch the Trials...and enjoy an impromptu marathon to boot!

Valentines is this weekend? I've been thinking of how to celebrate Presidents Day.

It's nice to have some support Allie. Kids will take over the world if you let them. Especially here in Utah. It's important to take a stand.
