Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Michael - in 2010 I did my first R2R2R run in the Grand Canyon with Jon and Cody. One of them snapped that picture at approximately 47 miles into the 48 mile run. You'd think at that point you would be all jubilant and upbeat with the thought of only a mile to go right? But no! Contemplating that last mile seemed like a marathon to me.

Interesting thing is Jon that I did it the next year with Steve and i was quite a bit less fit than when I ran it with you. But I felt much better mentally the last few miles. I think just having one under my belt was good for me.
