10.5 miles around Lake Bemidji State Park. 100% humidity and warm. Ran mostly on trails early so I was breaking lots of spider webs with my face.

Alta road/campground is all clear. We had a good run up there today. Kramer and Cubby (sp?) ran a mile in ~5:20 or so on the way down. I hit it in 5:40 and they put a good hundred yards on me.

I have put off reading any of your posts this week since I knew they would just reference Rutgers and remind me of what we were missing. Sounds like a good recovery too from your race. We'd like to buzz on down to salt lake next week and spend a day with you guys. Any day better than others?

Hot, humid, and spider webs. I'd be right at home.
