We came back form the cabin last night so I got up for a run here.  It smelled good after the rain we had last night, but was still very warm.  I did the Lone Peak/Alpine highway loop heading up 200 East first.  I finally got a Monday morning run in!  Going to play frisbee golf later today.

I did an out and back run into Alpine and back at 5:00am.  I felt decent today.

I did a backward long version of the loop I did Monday.  I felt so tired this morning and dragged my body through this one.  There were tons of people out running and biking today, more than I have ever seen before.

After my run I hooked up the bike trailer and took Jaren on a ride with Allison, who was going out for a workout.  It is tough pulling a trailer up some of those hills.  We went about 13-14 miles, into Alpine Park and up to the mouth of AF canyon, and I was killing myself to try and keep up.  I will definitley be sore from this one, but it was the best workout I have had all year.
