I did a few intervals with some of my guys this afternoon. I could tell I hadn't done much in a while once I got going. I skipped the 1200s I had them do, as to not overdo it, and did a 200, 400, 800, 800, 400, and 200. :33, 1:17, 2:45, 2:38, 1:11, :33. I might do some light track workouts once in a while until I get going again. (Omni- 406 miles)
