Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Lifted legs in the morning before class. In lab we did a 3 minute step test and a 1-mile walk test. My predicted VO2 max was 4.2 L/min.

Welcome to the blog! VO2 Max measurement is more meaningful relative to the weight of the runner. How much do you weigh?
