Evening run.  I ran up 300 N in American Fork to Canyon rd in Pleasant Grove and then up to the mouth of Grove Creek canyon.  I came down by the Cemetary and down passed the AF hospital toward home.  I had a hard time breathing because of being so stuffed up and it was a tough run anyway, so it ended up being even harder than usual.  That hill going up to the canyon is very steep and kicked my butt.  I was glad to get home and will sleep good tonight. 1:18:41

No run. XC meeting last night with parents and kids. I have been so busy, and sick so much, this last school year it is amazing I am in any kind of shape!

Still sick? Man, you need to find a way to get healthy...I am sorry you can't shake the bugs.

I have never totally gotten better because i keep picking up little things. That is another reason I am excited about summer, it will give me time to get healthy.

Are you done with school yet?

From dave holt on Thu, May 29, 2008 at 14:01:13

I read that you were down the past week and thought... well why didn't he call? I guess I was busy - "You'll have to excuse my friend. He is a little slow. The town is back that way."

Do you have allergies? Could that be contributing to your being under the weather? The spring is always tough for me that way.

Jon- I get done with school next Wednesday.

Dave- I never have had them before so I don't think so. I was in St. George on Friday and Monday. Steve and Clyde both knew I was around but Clyde was gone and Steve was busy. Next time!
