Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Met Timo and some of his boys at 26.2, along with Ben Felix, for a run. We went really easy and zig zagged through the North/West part of AF. I am still way sore from lifting but I am also getting a massage and adjustment this afternoon!

Nice work James. Lifting can really make you sore when you get back into it. Nice running you've been doing lately. Do you have a race you've picked out to run.
I know you first want to stay healthy and of course that's the key to know when to race. Good luck the rest of the summer.

No races other than St. George. If I can get better and in shape before that I might try a few, I'll see how it goes.
