Easy run with my varsity guys. We warmed for 2 miles easy, did a bit of tempo for .5 miles and headed to the track. I had my guys do a hard mile on the track, while I stop sat and called splits. It was so nice not having to do that mile myself! Afterwards we cooled down for a mile and did 4x150 meter barefoot strides on the grass. I did the strides and it actually felt good. My legs feel kind of dead and my left achilles was stiff, but it felt good to stretch the legs out. (Hurricane-545 miles) |
