Easy 1st dam run this morning.  It was a beautiful morning and felt good to run easy.  I was a little tight at first from yesterday's workout but loosed up and felt good as I went.  46:18

While I am thinking of it - good luck this weekend. I am just assuming you are running Ogden. Go get that 2:40 and then we'll hammer out a at 2:30 at St. George!

By the way... I have been meaning to ask you, What are you getting certified in? And where do you want to teach? Also... when are you finishing up?
