I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.
Ran with the BB group this morning I ran with Rachel which was very nice almost 5 miles and then did a few on the track @ Bingham High School. A Very lovely run and good company

Thanks for hanging with me today...when I tried to do the speed work my legs were still dead! Today was a cruddy running day for me, so I'm glad you were there to help me through it!! It was SO nice to chat with you, good company makes the miles fly by for me - especially when my body doesn't want to run.
