I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

Most days I do not run for speed! What are your plans tomorrow morning? How about Saturday (super long run at 7)?

tomorrow i am running on the park trail@ 5:15am @ 90th and 7th west park trail and Saturday I wanted to do a 16-17 mile run but my Brookie has a piano recital @10:30 so I need to be home by 9am to get them ready. I could start early on like the park trail and meet up with you or we could just do it another day, I usually run everyday except Sunday I need a day of rest that I don't feel guilty

I was confused there for a moment! Walter must have been on your mind...
I forget you go early, I like to sleep in on Friday because Scott has the day off. We will be in that parking lot at 7 in Lehi Saturday if you want to do par of your run. OR we can just figure something out for another day. I would hate for you to be late to the recital!

Hey I think I would get lost driving to Lehi myself and I think I couldn't get my miles in because I have to be home but I will run next time with ya, it would be nice. It was very nice this moring on my run I even tied my jacket around my waist should have come... or sleep in I would have sleep in if walter did if not I fill guilty.
