Great job Misty. Walter posted that you are getting faster. That is awesome. Are you running Moab also or just going along for the trip? Good luck if you do!

Michelle I am running Moab it makes me nervous because I think it is one of the hardest 1/2 maybe in my head but...
Kelly even though Walter did more than me I really tried to run hard so that he wouldn't pass me, with time, mark my words I will increase my speed, I tell myself that since SGM I am 40lbs lighter, again all in the head. Hopefully we will se ya in Moab were going to have a BBQ after you and Scott should come?

We wanted to come, but we have to get back home. Scott leaves to go out of town early Sunday morning and he has been out of town this week since Tuesday (he gets home late tonight). He wants to be able to see our kids and he does not want to drive in the dark. Maybe next year we can stay longer!
They say you get 2 seconds faster for every pound you lose, so that is 80 seconds!! As soon as you get energy back (FUEL in the body), I bet you will be even faster than that!
You are awesome, hope to see you somewhere!
