Bummer about Moab. I'd be your speed if I were going ;) What races are you running this year? I'm doing Riverton 1/2, ogden 1/2, Utah Valley Marathon, Hobble Creek and hopefully St George :)

I have signed up for Riverton 1/2 and Ogden full, but I plan on doing provo river 1/2, Bear lake 1/2, TOU 1/2 and SGM and maybe the Bryce Canyon 1/2. I like 1/2 they are easier to train for and my hips don't feel like they are going to fall off after, I can still function pretty good.

What pace are you planning on for Riverton? I am looking for a buddy to run with that wont KILL me :) My last half was 2:28. The ave pace was ~11:19 and I'd like to try for close to 11, but I hear the course is a bugger, so I just want to get it done ;) Let me know. It will be fun to meet you :)

Sorry I am a bad blogger I think about it at work and then after that its all down hill, too many things to do for the family after work. Anyways I am going to try to run 10 min miles. I just did Moab in 2:14;21 which is the best time I have ever got so I was pretty excited however I have never done Riverton, 1st race but I think the Moab is the hardest 1/2 I have ever ran so I am hoping to do a little better, but I am really sore I am going to do some spin classes tonight and tommorow morning. You are more than welcome to run with me and my brother-in-law if you want It will be great to meet you.

Misty- that is AWESOME!!! You are super speedy! I am shooting for between 11:05 and 10:20, so you are too quick for me ;) If you end up wanting a more relaxing run, let me know and I will be there for you :) This course sounds REALLY hard, so I am thinking of this one as more of just a regular long run with a bit of tempo in it ;) I am planning on racing Ogden 1/2 (10mm). It is going to be great to meet you this weekend. I am off to read your race report.
