I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.
Started @ 5am this moring running in Daybreak it was way windy and that sucked, still seem to be very tired, I 'm sure it will pass
I did a pm spin class for 1 hour which should be at least 10 miles

Thanks for running with me on my second leg, I told Walter that was my most pleasant run,
I had to do a spin class tuesday because I was so sore I was a turtle monday I could hardly move, I know BABY

I had my first day back at the gym today and OUCH!!! My legs are sore, I just did not know it! I got in 3 miles after kickboxing but they were painful and slow! AND, I gained 8 pounds on this trip!!!!! BACK TO WORK....I gotta fit into my spring clothes here pretty soon and they are tight right now (okay, beyond tight).

Ow I love kick boxing but it sure hurts your legs and worse when your already sore. I will start running with you guys in 10days and then I have 3 weeks more but I can eat more than 500 calories, so all will be good . I really want to be able to pick up my pace big goals here.

Big goals are good!! Even on your limited calories you run just as fast and even faster than some of our group! You will be fine!!! I am holding you to it....in 10 days you need to be there!!!

I had to blame it on someone or he would be getting back at me!!! Scott would have been a good target, good point! I was not thinking, you are much smarter than I am! Man, though, that guy still freaks me out.
There is supposed to be a storm tomorrow am. i am wondering how bad it will be! How early are you guys going to go? Here are directions for you guys:
South bound I-15 take exit 282, continue south on US-89 (State St) for 0.5 mi.
Turn right at 1500 N(Chevron Gas Station).
Travel west for 2.0 miles to Jordan River.
JRP access is just before the bridge. A small unpaved parking area is on the south side (pull of to the left) of the road.

If Walter doesen't have to pour concrete for his bro tomorrow morning then we thought about 6:30 if he does I will be running myself. I was just going to try around 15 while Walter did around 20?
