I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.
hi Misty! I found your blog! Nice run in the FREEZING temps! I am sitting inside trying to get the courage to get on the treadmill. I am such a wimp. I slept in this morning and missed my chance to freeze and slip in the snow. Maybe I'll run after the kids get home from school :) Thanks for your email!
